Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at [your email] or use our online return form. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please do not return any items without an RA number.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange, depending on your preference.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is processed.
  • Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that are not in original condition or that don’t meet the return eligibility criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. If the new item is of higher value, the customer will be charged for the price difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.
